To continue to support Python in Motive it would be nice to have this repository support the latest version of NatNet SDK, which in turn will support the latest edition of Motive.
This small pull request tries to accomplish this, by adding support for new elements added in NatNet 1.7.
The only difference between 1.6 and 1.7 is that 1.7 used an 8-bit double value as timestamp instead of 4-bit float.
The code has been tested with both Motive 1.5.1, Motive 1.6 Beta 2 and Motive 1.7 Final.
