Clustering Toolbox contains clustering algorithms. Clustering is the task of grouping a set of objects in such a way that objects in the same group (called a cluster) are more similar (in some sense or another) to each other than to those in other groups (clusters).

- distribute_tasks - distribute tasks between teams using binary integer linear programming
- roc - computes the rank-ordered clustering (Vector dimensions must be 52 bits or less!)
- rocsym - ROCSYM computes rank-ordered clustering for large matrices
- In a sense that the toolbox can generate dot file that can be visualized e.g. with Graphviz.
- bintbrog - only for distribute_tasks.m
- symbolic - only for rocsym.m
