Traversal with lodestones not working.

Have been using the lodestone system travel for a long time but recently it stopped working.

when i use now WEB_FULL it just stands there doing nothing when i change to WEB_ONLY or WEB_NO_TP it starts walking.

so it is for me a blocker in my script.

i also noticed that WEB_ONLY is acting like a bresenham walk. i found out because it gets stuck trying to cross a river between varrock and morytania.
