Blacklisting coordinates during traversal actions?

Is there a way already possible within the visual editor to blacklist coordinates along a path? ex. being banking at Varrock West? When the bot runs to go back to the mining spot it wastes a good 8-10 seconds getting stuck running into the old exchange spot(before G.E) , if I could blacklist that path or coordinates it would then correct and go around. Or maybe I could set a manual pathway with coordinates??
