[Item Tracker] True/False reset item counter on use/withdrawal/deposit

When for example one is smelting ore or gathering logs one might want to know to total amount that is used, not only the amount in inventory right now.

Also please look at other proposal for Item tracker.

It would be nice with some sort of function that allows one to tell the item tracker "Do not change value when depositing to bank" or "Do not subtract when used"

For example with smelting I assume (I would at least) want to know: - how many gold bars made per hour (Total cost) - How many gold ore used per hour (Total value)

Where total would show total profit (Value - cost)
