Create optimized schema validator

Due to the structure of the ADF schema, general-purpose JSON schema validator tools seem to be having a hard time handling them efficiently. Since we have a very specific use-case and we know what subset of JSON schema features we need, a bespoke schema validator tailor fit to ADF’s general structure could significantly outperform general-purpose tools.
