Should still render table after a list containing paired macros

It was reported in [JRACLOUD-81708] that when creating/updating an issue description field with the following Wikimarkup (ordered list + colour formatting then a table) via REST API V2, the table fails to render.

Upon investigation (see this page), it was observed that this bug affects all lists containing PAIRED and PAIRED_LITERAL macros (including quotes, panels and code blocks).
