Media with `type`=`link` deprecation

It seems that the editor code supporting media nodes with the type attribute set to link are no longer supported by the editor, because the code for it was gutted under MS-1336. My guess is that it is a feature that was only ever used by Stride, so its only consumer no longer exists. The API will still need to support it in some fashion because it cannot be removed from the schema without breaking backward compatibility, but we can at least explain its uselessness to consumers.
