ADF library doesn’t parse inline cards surrounded by non-breaking spaces

request This is an issue ISSUE-123 that is real

old: Creates inlineCard node

new: All in a text node

Most likely fix: add non-breaking space char to IssueKeyParser::isEncroachingChar
