Add the hsql db file to the config files so that the server id gets removed

When implementing this I did insufficient testing ... while the serverid was correctly picked up and jira appeared to start, I'd not actually tried using the jira server that had started. Once jira comes up, you are taken to the setup page no matter what - I suspect that this change is breaking the db file due to all the other replacements that are ocurring. After digging a little more into the AMPS source, I think I can see a better place to make the change which can restrict the replacement to just the server id one :)
