Removed all code generators related to Stash plugins
Removed other references to Stash as appropriate
This will need to be paired up with some changes to the SDK, I’d assume, to remove all the *stash* scripts there. I’m happy to do that work as well, if the powers that be are happy to move forward with removing maven-stash-plugin.
