split most of the commands into another npm package (@atlassian/atlas-connect-micros) and altered the 'create' function to work for both micros and nonMicros addons
Added the files necessary to abstract the functionality provided by @atlassian/atlas-connect-micros
removed the 'create' function from non-micros projects, and added vaildation for already existsing micros projects
removes the throw (err) for a binary check
aesthetic improvments to the code and added commenting
fixed duplication issue, and added error handling for the 'create' command when the service is being provisioned in micros
changed templates to properly reflect installation/updating errors
changed naming of 'functions' to 'microsUtils' and changed the name of 'microsFlag'
altered to get templates from the main atlas-connect-template repo. currently on other branches, will need to change later
removed nodegit and added cloning directly into appropriate branch
fixed additions to the service descriptor to better ensure deployment
altered workflow to better run micros-cli
altered the template flag to be mandatory during 'atlas-connect new'
added template files to make the new templating system work
resolved issue of unhelpful display when no app name is given
added needed hvs files for last commit
changed package checks and adressed issue of index.js not changing
abstracted away some of the file handling to clean up the code and improve the readability and efficiency
removed unneccesary templates and updated Microc environment variables
added bitbucket repo integration and shuffled the functions around between files
added better templated help and branched off to work on the external facing side of things
cleaned up the help messages to be ready for the external demos
final changes for the demo, making the output a little clearer
removed ncp as a dependency
removed slug as a dependency
removed ffi as a dependency to fix this for windows
improved the help output and altered the url handling to work properly
