Has Atlasboard been abandoned?

The last release was version 1.1.3 in 2013, and although the git repo says the version is now 2.0, no commits have been made since 2016, and all my Google searches for "atlasboard" just show links to the README file from 2013.

Sorry, I don't know where else to ask, because it appears that this project is dead.
