There is some underscore separated words in the project, in the CSS, HTML + JavaScript.

We should adapt them to suit the existing conventions.

Dash separated words in HTML/CSS
Camel case for JavaScript

Added into pre-1.0-release. We should be cleaning up and enforcing rules as we introduce new changes
