Error 500 rendering stylesheets/application.css

Atlasboard process application.styl in order to generate application.css when the process starts.

If atlasboard has been installed as root and it is executed as a normal user, we face a permissions issues when writing file to disk.

Workaround: Chmod your atlasboard installation directory to give write permissions to the user executing atlasboard.
