atlasboard new mydashboard didn't create dashboards folder of json

John Masson created an issue

Using 

atlasboard new mydashboard

didn't create a 'dashboard' folder or #dashboardname#.json as the docs say it will.

I copied the demo/dashboard folder as a workaround.
