Enable custom CSS

Hey,

I don't know if its possible to add custom stylesheets or override existing ones (global: e.g. body styles). Couldn't find anything in documentation.

You would be able to use your own theme with custom CSS once this is resolved: https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlasboard/issue/27/add-support-for-theming

Additionally it would be nice to be able to specify paths to custom stylus files with access to the default palette (since 1.0)
