Instructions forget Postgres

The very first experience I had with Atlasboard was a failure to install, because the readme's instructions to "npm install -g atlasboard" completely fail to mention that you must have Postgres installed on your machine first! Yuck.

Hi Ken, You don't need Postgres installed to install Atlasboard. Atlaboard uses a job dependency that uses the pg npm module though. Maybe you are having problems with node-gyp installing it?. Pasting the error you are getting will definitely help to clarify that.
