Merged in dah-credentials-file (pull request #31)
Recent changes to ACE provide support for automatic installation onto ondemand instances.
A sample credentials file has been added for users to copy and use to store ondemand instance names and credentials for auto registration

Bumped ACE version in anticipation of release
Dependent on https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlassian-connect-express/pull-requests/87/added-checking-credentials-file/diff
Will need to do a release on ACE before merging this
