[Do not merge] request should be replaced with a newer library

Please treat this pull request as a Jira issue. I cannot access Jira of this project.

A year has passed since the library request was deprecated. The use of request is preferably replaced with a latecomer library as node-fetch and axios.

I might be able to create a pull request to replace request, but I’d like to ask you this change is acceptable for this project beforehand. I’m sure that this change breaks the backward compatibility because the native instance of request is exposed. I believe this exposure should be stopped.
