Dave got annoyed since registration assumed the basepath alread had a '/' on the end of the path, where as the descriptor get path assumed it didnt. Caused issues. Dave changed
Main reason for this is if you want to change the baseurl of the atlassian-connect application
Change url for jsuri
Switched to urijs
