This is a follow-up to PR 58 (570407d updated tests to reflect the failure) fixing ACSPRING-77.

The first commit on this branch reproduces the error. Note the configuration property liquibase.enabled: false in the new test project.

Also note that this change only fixes new apps, Hibernate won't change properties of existing columns.

This public key field should eventually be deleted altogether in 2.0.0, but I'm holding off for now.
