Only this time I am targeting release/3.5.x instead of the 3.5.19 custom branch we are using in Confluence.
That version has now been in production in Confluence for 2 months with no issues. I also did a smoke test in Jira and all looks good.
In general this PR only applies to unbatched mode with web-resource conditions. Please refer to the original PR for more information.
