SELENIUM-292 Add new LoginController, LoginPage methods
Add support for parameters to the page that we bind to after login
Add support for using a DelayedBinder for login as well, so we can give callers more control over the Page lifecycle
Update WebSudoBanner and Header to support the same style of calls
Add LoginController and Factory, to allow avoiding visiting the LoginPage where possible. Most implementations will want to avoid even logging in through the UI.
SELENIUM-292 Deprecate all confluene pageobjects in atlassian-selenium. The official pageobjects moved out to their own repo long ago
