Persist the stack name only

provision-aws can persist just the stack name (plus keypair name). The stack resources can be skipped.

This allows the clients to: * run cleanup-aws for some old, abandoned stacks, by just providing the stack name in the stack.json * run execute-aws or cleanup-aws even if provision-aws gets interrupted or fails for another reason, because we can dump stack.json before provisioning
