Make Task available on elastic agents

To be able to use this plugin on OnDemand the tasks need to be available on elastic agents.

Hey @ulrichk ,

Getting this plugin preinstalled into OnDemand is a little out of scope of this plugin. Probably best to raise a ticket in Bamboo's issue tracker about it!

You may see Node.js support out-of-the-box on Bamboo's default elastic images quite soon.
