Support multiple coverage paths in same project

We have multiple multi-module projects where we for example have the frontend and the backend in the same repo. The frontend might be in LCOV and the backend in JaCoCo.

Is there any way to get this to work? The docs dont state anything like this to be possible

You can invoke plugin twice, all the coverage information will be merged on backend.
