Mention Ruby client in README?

Hello

Since #28 was a show stopper for me, I have written a Ruby library that uploads coverage directly from SimpleCov (the de-facto coverage library for Ruby):

I think that it may help all Ruby programmers if you mention it in the README. Right now it says “you can use any tool”. Hopefully other non-Java languages will also provide libraries.
