Improve visibility for color-blind people

The plugin uses red / green color to indicate the code coverage. Color-blind people (as one or our team) cannot see the difference between those 2 colors, which makes this plugin useless.

Can the used colors be made configurable? Or use some other marks to distinguish between the coverage results?
