Support pull-request to bitbucket server (bitbucket.org)

BitBucket has another url to projects. So it's impossible to use this gem to send pull-request there. It says "Project <proj name> does not exist"

I suppose, you have to enhance class "RepoInfo" and it's method "repoPath".

This is a tool for Bitbucket server, not Bitbucket cloud, for which I don't have plans to implement this functionality.
