Pull confluence details based on Jira Issue reference

Issue #24 wontfix
Former user created an issue

I see the confluence issue tab only pulls details of page which exists in confluence but I was wondering if there is any way to pull details of specific issue type by issue number without knowing the page name. For example we create a epic page in confluence with various user stories within that page. Our PMs adds requirements details under each user story for the epic page. When we open up the confluence tab in jira I expect the user story details to display. Maybe I'm dreaming :)

    Hi, plugin developer here.

I'm trying to understand your suggestion. Are all the user stories for an epic on one page? I'm not sure how the plugin could locate the page content that relates to a given issue. Maybe for your use case, the built-in issue link feature is more appropriate; simply open the "More" menu in the issue, choose "Link", and enter the URL of the relevant Confluence content (this could be the URL of a whole page or maybe an anchor within a page).

I'll close this issue in the meantime, please feel free to reopen it if you think my plugin can be changed to satisfy your use case, with an explanation of how exactly the plugin would go about locating the relevant content in Confluence.
