Automatically detect when Marketplace compatibility info needs updating.

As the developer of this plugin, I have no trigger for updating its compatibility on Marketplace. For example, if the Jira team releases a new version of Jira, I don't know to update this plugin's entry to indicate that it's compatible with the new version.

I could automate this check using Lovebird.
