...now there's no link to the javadocs in the README and, furthermore, the docs aren't in the usual place for 2.2.0 from the look of it. @jwesleysmith?

So, the permissions on the mvn site:deploy have been changed again, causing the release to fail. The API docs are available in Maven so I removed the link from the readme.

Most of the site:deploy stuff is the maven project reports that are useless anyway.

Resolve, wontfix. Use the javadoc jar in the maven repo instead.

We need to set up something that serves docs directly from the maven repos as an alternative.
