https://search.maven.org/#artifactdetails%7Cio.atlassian.fugue%7Cfugue-parent%7C4.6.2%7Cpom is present in maven central. https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/io.atlassian.fugue/fugue-parent seems to still be missing it. Perhaps it's still in the process of being mirrored everywhere. Let me know if you can pull it down.

What was done to resolve this? We need to do the same thing again for 5.x releases and 5.x releases in order to fix the fugue dependency by syncing fugue-parent to central.
