Support more than one Bitbucket Environment

Support for a single environment of Hipbucket (such as production) to be able to connect to multiple Bitbucket Environments will make it easier to create various End 2 End tests.

Note this is not a request to have Hipbucket staging point at only Bitbucket staging.
