I have a workflow that I use in several service desks and would like to use the post commit hook to throw a message in a room on issue creation. The issue is I don't want to have a ton of workflows to pull that off. The ability to tell the post commit hook to use the value in a custom field for the room name would allow me to set a hidden variable in the service desk end user form that would allow me to dynamically pick what room is notified based on the type of request.
We have over a dozen different teams responding to different service desk issue types. The 1-1 limitation between projects and rooms is a blocking limitation for both security and usability reasons.
