Give ability to set message color when setting up post transition notification

If you have a blocker for example. It would be nice to be able to send a red message vs the default yellow. Or in general just being able to set a color when you set up the notification.
More examples : If I have a task that is closed it could be green. Mainly it's just following the same color scheme JIRA uses in the workflow. Additionally if you could give the ability to control the html format in general of the the post that would be great.

Agree totally. This seems like it should be pretty easy to implement because the bare minimum required is a select box that passes the selected color to the API request.
A more complicated feature would be to pull the lozenge color of whatever status the issue is transitioning to. The select box should also be an option here instead of "automatic", as Aaron noted people want to be able to put red for blockers.
