Our IT department owns HipChat. My team (not part of IT) owns our JIRA instance (there are many in the organization). To configure our JIRA to interact with our institute wide HipChat, we need to get an admin token -- something our IT department will not allow.
Similar to Bamboo, can't JIRA use notification tokens to interact with HipChat?
