Custom fields inside Notify HipChat Postfunction

The notify hipchat postfunction offer us to format the message to give to HipChat with some "key fields" (for example $assignee or $user).

The problem is that we can only use these preformated keys.

Using custom fields (like $custom{MyCustomField}) will be a good improvement to this plugin.
