Allow customizing the "from" name in hipchat notifications

Currently notifications from jira show as being from "JIRA" in HipChat. I would like to be able to customize the name that the jira instance uses.

This will be helpful for cases when one is running multiple instances of JIRA to easily differentiate where the notifications are coming from.
