Add Global Permission String

Currently PermissionBackdoor only supports legacy global permission types instead of the new string permission keys.

I need a way to sett global permission string keys through testkit or a rest api. This does not seem to be available.

Should we add ways to add and remove string key permissions?

Hey Jakob, I know it’s been a while but do you remember what you did instead? Seems like Backdoor still doesn't support GlobalPermissionKey as of 8.1.26..
