This PR fixes MNSTR-434 by converting four classes to use the slf4j API instead of the log4j API (the rest of testkit was already using slf4j). This means plugin developers using testkit will not need to add their own dependency upon log4j just to get their tests to compile.
This PR is from a fork because I don't have write access to the main repo and nobody in the Sydney JIRA Server Team seems able to give me access.
