JAVA lambda support

Hi guys,

We're trying to use localstack for our development as it looks the most viable set of tools currently. but we're trying to use java as for lambdas and would like to know if it's supported as in the lambda_api.py it specifies "TODO : Java Lambda support in the future".

    Basic support for Java Lambda functions is available in LocalStack. Can you please give it a try and create an issue in the new repository if you come across any problems: https://github.com/localstack/localstack Thanks
