create-bucket error

Run command on this repository localstack/localstack aws --endpoint-url=http://localhost:4572 s3api create-bucket --bucket my-bucket --region ap-northeast-1 error： Unable to locate credentials. You can configure credentials by running "aws configure".

I'm missing something about how to configure? thanks~
