Integration tests should run against small test repo

Currently the npm run integration-test task runs against the https://bitbucket.org/atlassian/atlaskit repo, which has a large number of packages making the integration test duration quite long.

Ideally a smaller test repo would be used to reduce execution time and for reduced variation in test executions.
