Resizable pane stops being resizable

Isaiah Odhner created an issue

Upon selecting an API path, the resizable pane stops being resizable (loses its handle) and resizes to too small to navigate the API. (All you can see is e.g. "api/1.0/projects/{projectKey}/repos/{repos")

I've attached a GIF demonstrating the problem.

    I couldn't reproduce this with Chrome 45.0.2454.101 and the 3.2.0 version of the add-on.

    Could you please check with that version? I'll reopen this issue if the problem is still there.
