4.0.0 of this plugin does not seem compatible with 5.16 of Bitbucket

We are testing an upgrade to Bitbucket 5.16 and pulled in all updated plugins which pulled version 4.0.0. In our testing, we are getting the following error "attempting to render undefined template 'aui.form.checkbox.field".

Version 4.0.1 has been released and contains a fix for this bug. It is available for download from Atlassian Marketplace https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211449/auto-unapprove-for-bitbucket-server
