Unapproval doesn't seem to work, bitbucket server 5.16.2

Just installed the add-on and it says it should be working without any additional settings. Can't find any settings under pull request menu as shown in screen shots. All modules are enabled under "Manage Apps"
Tried adding new commit after pull request was approved, but nothing happened.

Hi, I will close this issue as it seems that the setting hasn't been enabled on the repository itself. Please let me know if this is incorrect and I can reopen and investigate further.

Hello, have you enabled the plugin for the repository? There is a setting you need to enable.
