Stop Repository admins in overriding Auto-unapprove settings

hello,

As as a admin of Bitbucket we have Audit requirement to enable Auto-unapprove setting for all projects or repos, But currently, many of the project level admins overriding it. so, is there any option to restrict project admins overriding permission/ability.

Also is there is any API available to check which all projects or repos currently have custom setting instead of global.
