"Edit" button does not show in Stash 3.5+

With the changes to the source view the Edit button doesn't show in Stash 3.5 anymore, as the code is listening for a stash.feature.sourceview.dataLoaded event to add the button to the toolbar, but the new event is stash.feature.fileContent.sourceViewContentChanged.

Need to listen for both events, for backwards and forwards compatibility.

Hello, this is really blocker for us. Can you please fix it? :) We can fork it, but... maybe it a minor fix?

I changed the event in /static/edit-button(-min)?.js, works fine for me.
